At present, the cleaning and sterilization of the canteen and catering raw and cooked food processing processes and utensils are in accordance with the hygiene standards of the health department, and traditional sterilization methods (such as ultraviolet light, pasteurized liquid, formaldehyde, etc.) are not ideal.
