1. The ozone generator should always be placed in a dry and well-ventilated clean environment, and the shell should be reliably grounded. Ambient temperature: 4 ℃ -35 ℃; relative humidity: 50% -85% (without condensation).

2. The maintenance and maintenance of the ozone generator must be carried out without electricity and pressure.

3. Regularly check whether the electrical parts are damp, the insulation is good (especially the high-voltage part), and the grounding is good.

4. If the ozone generator is found or suspected to be damp, the machine should be tested for insulation and drying measures should be taken. The power button must be activated only when the insulation is in good condition.

5. Regularly check whether the vents are unblocked and covered. Do not block or cover the vents.

6. The ozone generator is generally maintained for more than 4 hours each time it is used continuously.

7. After using the ozone generator for a period of time, you should open the shield and carefully remove the dust with alcohol cotton.

8. Please cut off the power supply for long-term shutdown.

9. Use with caution in flammable and explosive places.

2. Trouble shooting of ozone generator

1. The voltage regulator is abnormally regulated: check whether the voltage regulator fuse is intact and whether the voltage regulator connector is secure;

2. The transformer does not support boosting: check whether the high-voltage connector of the transformer is reliable;

3. The current of the ammeter is too large: check whether the flow rate of the flowmeter is normal and whether the gas source is normal;

4. Moisture in the drying system: the desiccant has expired;

5. High-voltage porcelain bottle leakage: replace the high-pressure porcelain bottle;

6. Insufficient glow produced by the discharge tube: the discharge tube is overdue and must be replaced;

7. Solenoid valve abnormal switching: replace the solenoid valve;

8. The high-voltage wiring pile head of the ozone discharge tube is damaged: replace the damaged pile head.
